eHOpe™ is a comprehensive, integrated and communication-rich hospital management
information system that relies on cohesive system architecture to synchronize
healthcare delivery, and to ensure that the appropriate information is available
whenever needed.
Key Features and Benefits:
- eHOpe is modular and integrated, consisting of over 35 modules covering
all aspects of the hospital; administrative, financial, medical and MIS. All
modules are tightly integrated and are triggered through very flexible

and excellent graphical user interface capabilities. Running on various
platforms, it provides medical and executive decision support systems that
assist the administration in making strategic operational decisions at the

- eHOpe is HL/7 (Health Language/7) and DICOM compatible, which enables
the
system to interface with different systems and devices such as Lab machines
and
PACS systems. It also uses international coding standards to enforce
standardization among all types of health care providers. Some of the
standard
codes applied are ICD (International Classification of Diseases), CPT
(physician
Current Procedural Terminology), HCPCS (HCFA Common Procedure Coding System)
and
NUBC (National Uniform Billing Committee)
- eHOpe applies high levels of vertical and horizontal security standards
to guarantee the security and confidentiality of information. Security can
be applied on screens, part of screens, buttons, menus, fields, and goes
down to the IP address level
- eHOpe is culturally acceptable in terms of meeting the Arab world
requirements; all financial modules and some components of the medical
system are bilingual and designed to accommodate the propriety requirements
of the Middle East culture and country specific laws and regulations
